1. Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

2. You may chose to cancel your subscription at anytime, and your subscription will not be renewed in the next 30 day cycle date. 

3. We will continue to support you for the app/product you have bought only till your subscription is active. 

4. “After Sales Support” includes any issues related to the app/product you have bought from us, and does not include any customizations, configurations to the Salesforce Org.

5. Additional customization and maintenance are available for an additional fee.  

6. The subscription fee includes one-time installation support in the Production Org for a period of 30 days. 

7. No exchange is allowed. 

8. Return(if applicable)If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

9. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank.
