Answer: We would require your Salesforce login credentials. Or, you may grant login access for Salesforce as well following steps at How to Grant Login Access to Salesforce Support. Please Select CV App Store Support in Grant Access To.
Answer: You must have My domain enabled to use the CV Twitter feed component. The easiest way to see if you have My Domains enabled is to log into Salesforce and look at the address bar. If you see something like https://yourcompany.my.salesforce.com, then you are all set and can skip to the next step. However, if you see something like https://na31.salesforce.com, you do not currently have My Domain enabled and need to take a few extra steps first. For more details, watch a demo of My Domain or review the My Domain module on Trailhead.
Answer: No login required to access the feed in CV Twitter Feed component. You must have valid twitter handle value in the twitter handle field on your layout.
Answer: Twitter handle you entered is a private profile hence it will not show any twitter feed. We respect the privacy of an individual.
Answer: CV Twitter feed component is designed to work on Accounts, Lead, and Contact objects. You must have the twitter handle field entered and components available on the page to view the twitter feed. Visit User and Setup Guide for configuration steps.
