Answer: We would require your Salesforce login credentials. Or, you may grant login access for Salesforce as well following steps at How to Grant Login Access to Salesforce Support. Please Select CV App Support in Grant Access To.
Answer: You must have Edit access to the Opportunity as well as view/use access on the pricebook to add the products to the opportunity. Please check with your admin to give you required access.
Answer: Yes, columns are customizable. Please see the Additional customization tab given in user and setup guide to customize the columns.
Answer: Please check the selection Instruction given at the top of the page for any help regarding the usage of field filters. You can view the selections instructions in our user and setup guide as well.
