Answer: This app is smart enough to move all the phones and email records to the converted contact record without any data loss. You can refer to the setup steps given in Install and configure tab to configure it for lead conversion as well.
Answer: You can only have one primary phone record for each type of phone. Once you mark any phone record primary it will get automatically updated to parent lead/contact record and uncheck another primary phone of same type (e.g. Mobile, Home phone, etc.) if any.
